Shadow of Colossus was an amazing game both in scope, and in presentation. It’s been listed time and time again as one of the best games of all time, and few have room to argue. Roaming a beautiful but barren landscape in search of gigantic monsters with only your horse as a companion was almost a form of meditation. Combined with one of the greatest soundtracks of all time, it was a game ahead of it’s time, and arguably the hardest the PS2 was ever pushed. Can you tell that people like this game at TGW?
Well, if you miss your chance to play SoC, you might get a second chance. Apparently numerous retailers in Japan are listing a reprinting of the game for the PS2. No word yet if it will travel state side, but lets hope it does. To many, this is the Legend of Zelda of the PS2, and is equally fondly remembered.
